Basically, each Friday a blog is featured by the two hosts, Allison Can Read and Parajunkee. Q: What is your guilty pleasure as far as reading? Is it a genre, or is it a certain type of book?

I don't think I've ever felt guilty for liking a book, and I see no reason why I should have. Yes, there may be a few books (like the "House of Night" series) for which I have mixed feelings (something in between like and dislike), but I've never thought "This book is so bad, yet I like it." or anything similar. I think, when it comes to reading, that people should just enjoy the act, and not stop to think whether the book deserves your attention or not. I've come across awesomely written books that I couldn't seem to like, and some who may have benefited from improvements in writing style that I've really had a good time reading. :)
